SPAIN AND PORTUGAL

1. Shipments are made via courier service.
2. Shipping costs for the EU include the corresponding VAT, but no other taxes, fees, duties or surcharges.
3. Notable-Notebooks delivers orders to the courier service within a maximum period of 24 hours during business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after confirmation of payment for the order by the customer. Orders placed between 1:00 p.m. on Friday and 11:00 p.m. on Sunday will be shipped on Monday . We are not responsible for possible delivery delays caused by courier services. However, we are here to help resolve incidents you may have with our courier service. Once the package is delivered to the courier service, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your shipment.
5. The shipment includes two delivery attempts in Spain and one attempt for shipments outside of Spain . If the recipient is absent, a notice is left (as long as access has been possible) with the details of the office where the shipment can be picked up and within 10 days the shipment will be returned to its origin. Store credit will be added to the customer account for the amount of the products ordered. It never expires.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the products. You can make your return from our website with Reveni. To do this, click here to begin the process and access the returns portal, where you will have to enter your order number and the email you used when making the purchase. The return has a cost of €4.90 which is deducted from the amount returned to the same payment method used by the client.

In the event that the return is for reasons attributable to Notable-Notebooks (defective product or product that does not match the purchased reference), Notable-Notebooks will be responsible for collecting the products and/or exchanging them for the correct one, taking charge of the associated costs. to this return and/or exchange.

In the event that the return is for reasons not attributable to Notable-Notebooks such as changes in color, size or other characteristics, which are due to a change of mind or error on the part of the customer when making the purchase, it must be the customer who is responsible for sending us the products in perfect condition, in their original packaging (without being opened or used), without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days after receipt of the products. .

In cases of returns Notable-Notebooks will reimburse the customer for all payments received, except for shipping costs. Likewise, it must be the customer who assumes the direct cost of returning the products. Notable-Notebooks will proceed to make the refund within 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to return the purchase and will do so using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction or through a gift voucher with no expiration date. Notable-Notebooks reserves the right to withhold the refund until we have received the products.

We only accept exchanges and returns for orders sent to SPAIN.
